665. Day 12 of 28 | Park Guell and Sagrada Familia

Park Guell
On our third and final full day in Barcelona, we visited Park Guell and Sagrada Familia. We were pretty late with booking the tickets and both attractions were fully sold out on all time slots for our first couple of days there. Luckily we managed to get them for our final day though. I think we've also been pretty lucky this whole trip so far in terms of the weather (even though I would prefer it to be a few degrees cooler). Barcelona's weather forecast had thunderstorms for each day we were there but it ended up being sunny and no rain throughout. Park Guell was really cool. The houses look like gingerbread houses. Then we went to Sagrada Familia which had amazing views from the top, and a long walk down a narrow spiral staircase which was a fun experience. After that, we had lunch then a long walk around the city to La Rambla. Then back to our hotel for a break, before going out at night to a nightclub called Opium.
