For my Art History essay, we have to choose an artwork (anything at all) to write about. My teacher said that since we were fashion students we were allowed to do a fashion item if we wanted. I originally wanted to do the Birkin bag..but I don't think there's any books that talk about the history of the Birkin, and we need books since it's a research essay. So I decided to do a LV item since it gave me the perfect excuse to buy this book ;] I decided on researching the original Louis Vuitton trunk
Ah that book is awesome! But wait.. it was $500? Omg, that's like getting an actual accessory from LV, ahah.

lol no mine was only $150.. but I assume since it's so hard to find, the ones selling online would be really overpriced

I got the internship with Gucci but I couldn't accept it because I'm only in my second year of college and I'm not doing field placement until my third year and I won't be able to get a credit. Also, my program wants me to do something 'journalism' based. Boo. But I'm still glad that I actually did get it. Just wanted to keep you posted. :)
